If you are interested in a course, you should register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
If there are not enough participants registered 2 weeks before the course, it may be cancelled or postponed to a later date.
Registration requests are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- By Visa or Mastercard (payment may be made by phone)
- By debit card (payment must be made in person at our office)
Course fees must be paid in full at registration. Only individuals who have paid for a course will be allowed to attend.
Only payment guarantees your spot in the course. We do not accept reservations by telephone.

If for some reason you are unable to attend a course, you can cancel, or simply postpone to a later date in accordance with the following procedure. Maximum of two (2) postponements.
Five business days prior to course start date.
- Reimbursement or postponement at no charge
- Maximum of two postponements
Four or fewer business days prior to course start date.
- CANCELLATION ONLY (no postponement)
- Full reimbursement, less $50 cancellation fee
Business days: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
A cancellation request received after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday is considered to have been received on the following business day. A cancellation request received during the weekend is considered to have been received the following Monday.
Once course has begun: no reimbursement and no postponement
AQTIS reserves the right to cancel a course if there are too few participants. Should this happen, you will receive a full reimbursement, or you can simply transfer your registration to a later date, at no charge.
We provide a certificate of participation at the end of each course. You will normally receive the certificate within 2 to 3 weeks.
